Established in 1980, Free to Be currently operates a licensed foster family agency for developmentally disabled children. Children are being placed in loving, supporting families instead of group homes. Free To Be believes in the team approach. The team, consisting of trained treatment families, the natural families and Free To Be's professionals, work together to benefit the children. Parents and professionals alike have been frustrated over the years looking for programs and services for the disabled under their care. Free To Be has dedicated this site as a free "Community Resource List"
